Founded on April 5, 1979 by Nelly Galvan Duque, the Restaurant Las Palomas is an emblem of Puerto Vallarta that offers locals and tourists the best in Mexican cuisine.

This Restaurant is an icon in its concept, and one of the privileged ones with beach front view on the Malecon of the city. Since it's founding, has been renowned by international visitors such as Elizabeth Taylor, Kenny Rogers, George Hamilton, Pedro Armendariz, Fernando Allende, Felipe Cazals, Alejandro Fernandez, Rocio Durcal, Rebeca de Alba and even Mexico's former President Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado.
